Have the following documents with you when you meet with us:

PERSONAL: Photo ID

INCOME:

Two year employment history with addresses, phone numbers, length of time on jobs plus income
Last two pay stubs
Last two years tax returns, including W2s
Verification of income, such as stock dividends, child support, etc.
If self employed or commissioned, furnish past two years tax returns, including all schedules and profit / loss statement for current year.

ASSETS: Last two months bank statements for ALL open accounts

POSSIBLE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

Bankruptcy papers
Job acceptance letter (Relocation)
